Atlantic Research Chemicals has a Worldwide Distributor Network and is committed to fulfilling your order quickly and accurately.

Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling net, exclusive of VAT and packed ex-works. Overseas orders are priced ex-works. At Atlantic Research Chemicals we do our utmost to ensure our prices stay current but reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Written price quotations, when requested, are valid for 30 days. We encourage our customers to explore our website at dev.atlantic-chemicals.com.

Orders, in principle, are shipped on the day received. If you have any special requirements, or you require written confirmation of your order, delivery at a special address or a consolidated delivery, please mention this clearly on your order. Any special packaging or special freight methods requested, or otherwise, will be subject to an additional charge, which will be added to the invoice.

Please contact our sales office before sending goods back to us. Atlantic Research Chemicals will not accept returned goods without the prior authorisation of our sales department. Please request a ‘returned goods form’, which should be attached to the goods.

If you have placed an incorrect order or want to return products, we will require a ‘returned goods fee’ of 20% of the net value of the goods, with a minimum value of £25.00. Transport costs are also at your expense in this case. Under no circumstances should chemicals be posted. We will not accept the return of products that exceed 30 days post order placement. Any issues regarding the quality or validity of products supplied must be reported within 14 days of supply.

Atlantic Research Chemicals considers that its customers are suitably qualified to work with chemicals. Working with chemicals requires a responsible attitude from the user as well as from the purchaser. Atlantic Research Chemicals cannot take responsibility for the application of our products. All references to literature data, companies, researchers, patents or methods are given solely as information and as such Atlantic Research Chemicals cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or otherwise of this information.

Atlantic Research Chemicals considers that its customers will check their compliance with all legal obligations regarding the purchasing, importing, stocking and usage of all chemicals they order. Atlantic Research Chemicals do not accept responsibility for these issues.

For certain chemicals we may ask the buyer to provide written confirmation that the chemical will neither be purchased nor resold for an improper use.
